Motto: Life is beautiful!
Interests: tour guides, walks, nature, books, films, travelling, food, music, spirituality.
About me: I am a seeker of meaning! I appreciate the peace of mind and soul. I enjoy walking in nature, discovering landmarks, secrets and beauties of my hometown and other places. I love travelling through time – going back to the past, returning to the present and actively building the future. I enjoy travelling, good food (which I also love cooking myself) and a drop of fine wine, especially if I can relax at a wellness centre... I have “an eye for everything”. I love taking photographs of the places I visit and capturing everyday moments. Music relaxes me, I enjoy humour, good books and foreign languages. Any spare time I have I use for family trips and tours. I am a workaholic and an aesthete in every sense.
As a high school religion teacher, I am very experienced in lecturing and keeping people’s attention, working and being patient not only with students of all ages, but also with adults and the elderly. I try to ignite a spark of curiosity and desire for learning new things in everyone.
As a tour guide, I am especially keen on touring museums and churches. I also interpret heritage based on the listeners’ needs and my theological education helps me in that sense. I always pay attention to detail. I do not like half-heartedness and I am always fully invested in everything I do. Being an enthusiastic traveller myself, I understand the importance of concise, well-organised and fun heritage presentation. Tourism and religion are my love, with a special emphasis on meeting and accepting other, diverse people and respecting everyone’s identity and dignity. “Richness in diversity” makes me happy.
I love my town, its surrounding area and my homeland, but I also grow fond of all the places I visit, both in Croatia and abroad. I find something valuable in every place and moment and I remember my trips, walks, events and people fondly. Because life is beautiful! Life is a God’s gift!
