About me: I was born in 1994. I grew up in Đakovo and graduated in Pula with a master’s degree in history. I work as a history teacher in schools in Osijek-Baranja County. In my spare time, I promote local tourism, including culture, adventure activities, fishing and wine events in Osijek-Baranja County, especially in Mandićevac, on Borovik Lake and in Paučje.
I absolutely love the lakes and forests in eastern Croatia. I advocate that tourism in eastern Slavonia has a promising future, which is reflected in local family farms and their food products. There are also forests that hikers and free explorers are yet to discover, lakes hosting more and more sports and adrenaline events every year and vacation homes providing accommodation and entertainment facilities. My family has also recognised this potential, which is why we have been actively working on promoting village-style vacation at Demode Holiday Home in the village of Paučje on Borovik Lake. Today’s modern, fast-paced lifestyle clouds the perception of vacation, as it is believed that sun and sea are the only proven recipe for recharging your batteries. This is why nothing makes me happier than positive reactions from visitors from other parts of Croatia and Europe who find their oasis of peace and quiet in small, continental areas. It is my pleasure to be a middleman for falling in love with the natural and cultural beauty of Osijek-Baranja County and eastern Croatia in general.
